bd17 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd17 website accessible at https://bd17.io and all associated services, products, games and features made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the bd17 platform in any capacity.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "bd17" means the operator of the bd17 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by an individual upon completing the bd17 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a player's bd17 account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-play amounts or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account under an active bd17 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which bd17 accounts are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bd17 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a player's registration and continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd17 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager or participate in any game or promotion offered on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a territory in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local, national or international law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are of full legal capacity.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of bd17 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or game studios.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the bd17 platform or any affiliated gaming service.

bd17 reserves the right to carry out identity, age and address verification checks at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of withdrawal request. Players who provide false information during registration or verification will have their accounts closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of bd17 products and services, you must complete the registration process and open a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method, are not permitted and will be closed.
• All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be accurate, truthful and complete. Players are required to update their account information promptly whenever a change occurs.
• Players must provide a valid email address that they control and have ongoing access to, as bd17 uses email for account notifications, verification and support communications.
• Players must select a secure and unique password at registration. bd17 strongly recommends using a password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Accounts are personal to the individual who registered them. Players may not transfer, sell, gift or assign their account or account balance to any other person under any circumstances.

bd17 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee that an account will be activated or that access to the platform will be granted.

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their bd17 account credentials, including their username and password. The following security obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bd17 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as actions authorised by you.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify bd17 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised.
• bd17 will never request your password via email, telephone or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bd17 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

bd17 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications to protect data in transit. However, the security of the device and network from which you access the platform remains the responsibility of the player.

bd17 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses arising from shared passwords, unsecured devices or failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits to a bd17 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and payment process:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although bd17 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts where required for security, compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary from time to time and will be displayed in the player's account wallet at the time of deposit.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including family members, are not permitted.
• bd17 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to a player's bd17 balance in real time. In the event of a delay, players should contact support at [email protected] with transaction reference details.
• bd17 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is flagged during automated or manual fraud screening.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the player's own name. bd17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before a withdrawal is approved, bd17 may request identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays at the withdrawal stage.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. Actual credit to the destination account will depend on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated solely from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be included in a withdrawal request.
• bd17 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

Players may withdraw using the same payment method used for their most recent deposit. bd17 may, at its discretion, offer alternative withdrawal channels where the original deposit method does not support payouts.

Bonuses and Promotions

bd17 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria may include account age, verification status, deposit history and geographic location.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the applicable promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the validity period expires will be forfeited.
• bd17 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, jackpot slots and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Players who have an active bonus may not claim a new bonus until the existing one has been completed, expired or forfeited.
• bd17 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse or exploitative wagering patterns.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to the support team. bd17 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error regardless of whether they have been wagered.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bd17 platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating. The following general provisions apply:

• All casino games on bd17 operate on independently certified random number generators (RNGs) that ensure unpredictable and statistically fair outcomes on every play.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' own operational rules, which take precedence in the event of any game-specific dispute.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, software error or server failure — any unresolved game round will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• bd17 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that it reasonably suspects was placed or completed under irregular or fraudulent circumstances.
• Sports and cricket betting markets on bd17 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league and market type, as displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• bd17's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round or betting settlement is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in Section 15.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd17 platform. bd17 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or using more than one bd17 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading or third-party identification information during registration or verification.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging across markets or repeated deposit-bonus cycles.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, interact with games or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Money laundering: Using the bd17 platform for the purposes of money laundering, financing of illegal activity or any other criminal purpose. bd17 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to a bd17 account. Players found to have engaged in chargeback fraud will have their accounts permanently closed and will be liable for any resulting losses incurred by bd17.

Responsible Gaming

bd17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all eligible players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• The bd17 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any bd17 product. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the platform.
• bd17 provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within every player account, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, a player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be suppressed.
• Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to visit bd17's dedicated Responsible Gaming page and to contact the support team at [email protected].

bd17 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or forced cooling-off periods, on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without prior notice to the player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bd17 platform — including but not limited to the bd17 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd17 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd17 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any platform content without bd17's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any bd17 software.
• Using bd17's brand name, logo or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any third-party product, service or website.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the bd17 platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of bd17 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and civil or criminal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd17's total liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd17 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, however arising.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages or events beyond bd17's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, natural disasters, civil disturbance or government action).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from failure to maintain account security as described in Section 04.
• The accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information published on the platform for any purpose other than gaming entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Amendments

bd17 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd17 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the bd17 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not agree with any amendment are entitled to close their account and withdraw their available balance before the amended terms take effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document. Players are advised to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bd17 operates.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bd17 that cannot be resolved informally through the support process described in Section 15, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory for final resolution.

bd17 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bd17 is permitted under the laws of their country or territory of residence.

Contact and Complaints

Players with questions, concerns or complaints regarding any aspect of the bd17 platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any transaction or game outcome are encouraged to contact the bd17 support team in the first instance:

• Response time: bd17 aims to respond to all support queries within 24 hours. Complex complaints may require additional investigation time, in which case an acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours confirming that the matter is under review.

Complaints submitted by email should include the player's registered username, the date and time of the event giving rise to the complaint, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots or transaction reference numbers). bd17 will communicate its decision in writing upon completion of the investigation.
